    My name is Ka'Nethia,  

    I’m a proud veteran with a medical background who earned Permanent and Total (P&T) VA status — despite my short time in the military.


    Unfortunately, I didn’t have anyone walking me through the VA process. I had to learn it all on my own — the right forms to file, the exact wording the VA responds to, and how to keep fighting until they got it right. That journey taught me exactly how to help other veterans do the same.

     

    This isn’t a big company — it’s a personal side hustle built from experience. I’m just a fellow veteran who figured it out and now helps others do the same. Let me fight for what you’ve earned.

    Booking Policy

    Please make sure to select the correct pricing tier based on your current VA rating, not the rating you're seeking.

    If the wrong tier is selected, your payment will be refunded minus a $35 processing fee, and future services may be declined.

    Return and Refund Policy

    At Veterans Entitlement, I’m committed to providing quality, one-on-one VA claims support with integrity and transparency. I proudly offer a 100% money-back guarantee in the event that I am unable to help you secure a VA rating increase after all available claims, appeals, and supporting resources have been fully utilized and closed by the VA.


    Eligibility for Refund:


    A full refund will be issued only if:


    • No rating increase is awarded as a direct result of the services provided
       
    • All claims, appeals (e.g., HLRs, supplemental claims), and supporting actions have been submitted and officially closed by the VA
       
    • You have followed through with the process and maintained regular communication
       
    • All requested documentation has been submitted in a timely manner
       

    Processing Time:

    If a refund is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for processing and return of funds to your original payment method.


    Documentation Required:


    To initiate a refund, you may be asked to provide:


    • A copy of the VA decision letter(s) showing no increase was granted
       
    • Proof of completion of all claims and appeals relevant to the services provided
       
    • Confirmation that all materials, responses, and required forms were submitted accurately and truthfully
       

    Early Withdrawal Policy:

    If you choose to withdraw from the process before the claim(s) are fully processed and closed by the VA, you forfeit eligibility for the refund. This includes but is not limited to:


    • Failure to attend C&P exams
       
    • Deliberate delays in providing necessary documentation
       
    • Choosing to abandon the claim mid-process
