Expert VA disability claims support for veterans' success
The mission is to ensure every veteran has the knowledge, support, and strategy needed to maximize their VA disability benefits without confusion or delay.
My name is Ka’Nethia Garvin. I’m a U.S. Army veteran and a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with over 7 years of experience in the medical field. I also hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, along with a Master’s in Healthcare Management, which gives me a strong foundation in medical documentation, organization, advocacy, and understanding complex systems.
I started Veteran Entitlement because I know firsthand how confusing and frustrating the VA process can be. Too many veterans get underrated simply because they don’t know how to properly present their conditions, explain their symptoms, or submit the right supporting evidence.
With my medical background and education, I’m able to review records, break down medical evidence, connect the dots, and help build claims that actually reflect what’s going on. I handle the back-end work so you’re not stuck trying to figure everything out alone.
My goal is simple: to make sure nothing gets missed, your claim is presented clearly, and you walk into your exams prepared, confident, and supported.
Veteran Entitlement offers strategic, done-for-you VA claims support designed to maximize your rating. Services include claim development, evidence review, medical record interpretation, filing and submissions, and personalized C&P exam preparation.
Please reach us at support@veteranentitlement.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I provide full VA claims support, including new claims, increases, supplemental claims, and Higher-Level Reviews. I handle everything from strategy and filing to evidence review and C&P exam prep.
Every claim and situation is different. I offer consultations to evaluate your specific case based on your current service-connected conditions, denied claims, and overall rating. You can also send a screenshot of your conditions to (254) 265-8951 for a quick evaluation.
I charge a one-time fee of $500. This fee is 100% money-back guaranteed if I’m unable to secure at least a 20% rating increase after all options are exhausted (New/Increase, Supplemental, and HLR).
Your main responsibility is to attend your appointments. I handle the paperwork, filings, and preparation so you’re not trying to figure it out on your own.
VA timelines vary, but most claims can take a few months depending on the type of claim and VA processing times. I make sure everything is submitted correctly to avoid unnecessary delays.
A C&P (Compensation & Pension) exam is the VA’s evaluation of your condition. Yes, I provide detailed exam prep guides so you know exactly how to explain your symptoms in a way that aligns with VA standards.
No one can guarantee a specific rating, but I use proven strategies and medical knowledge to give you the best possible chance at maximizing your rating.
Yes, I handle supplemental claims and Higher-Level Reviews to help challenge denied or underrated decisions.
